Jonathan Baker
VP, Threat-Informed Defense, AttackIQ
Jon brings over 20 years of experience leading innovation in cybersecurity with a focus on making security more efficient and effective at scale. He is the former Director and Co-Founder of MITRE’s Center for Threat-Informed Defense (CTID), where he united sophisticated security teams to advance the state of the art and the practice in threat-informed defense globally. Prior to launching the CTID, Jon led MITRE’s Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversary Emulation Department where he advanced those critical capabilities across MITRE, and managed the CALDERA and MITRE ATT&CK® teams. Jon led teams developing open standards including STIX and TAXII for threat intelligence sharing, and was the co-creator of OVAL while managing MITRE’s security automation program.
Mike Cunningham
R&D Program Manager, MITRE CTID
Mike Cunningham is the R&D Program Manager in MITRE CTID, where he leads the execution of CTID’s research portfolio to advance the state of the art and the state of practice in threat-informed defense. He oversees complex, multi-disciplinary projects that translate cutting-edge research into practical capabilities for defenders. Prior to joining MITRE, Mike served as an Interactive On-Net Operator in the NSA’s Tailored Access Operations, bringing deep operational experience to his research leadership. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, making music, staying fit, and basking in the San Diego sun.
Douglas Santos
Director, Advanced Threat Intelligence, Fortinet
Douglas Santos has more than two decades of experience in cybersecurity, combining strong sales-oriented soft skills with deep technical expertise to operate effectively across technical and non-technical environments. He currently leads efforts to advance cyber threat intelligence, managing teams that identify new attack vectors and develop proactive defenses, while driving partnerships with MITRE CTID and deploying modern threat intelligence standards, tools, and capabilities across Fortinet’s products and systems.
