Paul Craft is a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General and one of the original four Cyber General Officers selected by the Army, with over 31 years of experience leading cyber and national security operations at the highest levels of the military. Today he serves as President of DataShapes AI and Senior Advisor at AttackIQ, while also advising companies including Armis, Appgate, and Cy4Data Labs. He holds advanced degrees from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, spanning national security strategy, IT development, and business administration. A respected voice in the defense and cybersecurity community, Paul is passionate about building high-performing organizations and advancing the nation’s cyber and AI capabilities.

David Mihelcic

David Mihelcic is an expert consultant in communications networking, IT, and cybersecurity with over 30 years of experience solving complex DoD technology challenges. He spent 18 years at DISA, serving as Chief Technology Officer for more than 12 years before retiring in 2017. Earlier in his career, he pioneered the Navy’s cybersecurity program at the Naval Research Laboratory. He later led federal technology strategy at Juniper Networks and in 2019 founded DMMI LLC, a consulting firm and trusted advisor to the DoD and its industry partners.
